Contract Administrative Assistant

Great West location! Amazing organization and opportunity to get your foot in the door! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Open and review existing documents to analyze for correct information including appropriate signatures, dates, etc. Review group of documents for various versions of each document and rename to the appropriate PDF document
  • Locate information in folders to customize cover letter templates to match each mailing
  • Print cover letters and create mailing labels
  • Mail cover letters with related documentation
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration
  • MS Office
  • Adobe
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
