We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at MyOutDesk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual design and be proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing content for a variety of marketing and communication materials. 

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing:

• Social Media Posts

• YouTube thumbnails

• Letters

• Brochures

• Flyers

• Merchandise

• Email templates

• Blogs

• Landing pages

• PowerPoint Presentations

• E-Books

• PDF giveaways

• Paid Ad designs

Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually engaging designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, YouTube, thumbnails, letters, brochures, flyers, merchandise, email templates, blogs, landing pages, PowerPoint presentations, e-books, and PDF giveaways 

• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms 

• Provide creative input and direction for projects from concept to completion 

• Work closely with copywriters and content creators to develop cohesive and engaging visuals that effectively convey the desired message 

• Stay current with design trends, techniques, and tools to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs 

• Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders 

• Maintain organized design files and archives for easy retrieval and updating

Requirements 

• Education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field 

• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience 

• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing for various platforms and media types, including digital, print, and social media 

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design tools 

• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment 

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 

• Detail-oriented and committed to producing high-quality work 

• Experience with web design
