We employ over 1,300 special educators & clinicians to school districts nationwide. We are looking for a Talent Acquistion Coordinator Specialist to join our team to make the difference in the lives of children with us!
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator/ Specialist will be based in Irvine,CA., and support the National Talent Acquisition efforts by assisting with various tasks throughout the recruiting and hiring process. The individuals key responsibilities will play a crucial role in providing potential employees with an exceptional candidate experience.
Reporting Structure and Key Relationships
-Key Internal Partners: Marketing Department, Sourcing Team, Talent Acquisition Team, Director of Talent Acquisition.
Principle Activities & Duties
-Welcome candidates on-site and provide as-needed assistance throughout interview, ensuring a great candidate experience.
-Focus on high metrics in terms of number of calls and focused on converting a lead into a hire.
-Responsible for hitting weekly and monthly goals.
-Implements and executes a talent program aligned with the vision of the leadership to hit numbers and build a Talent Pipeline for current and future job openings.
-Works with Business Unit Account Executives, Regional Directors and Clinical team to anticipate forecasted needs based on business growth plans.
-Focus on making the Stepping Stones the # 1 schools vendor choice for Clinicians, Teachers and Psychologists- a world class staffing function.
-Has an interest to learn more about KPIs, recruiting metric functions.
-Continually reviews recruiting processes for effectiveness and recommends revisions as necessary.
-Partner with our marketing team on expanding our social media presence as a means to attract top talent to all positions at the Stepping Stones Group.
