WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

As a Customer Service Associate / CSR, you are the first person a customer interacts with when they call in. Creating a great impression, you warmly greet them and book their services so technicians can diagnose and take care of their needs. You provide a calm, thorough, and complete booking call that allows customers to know that they are being taken care of. When taking calls you also collect customer information for our system and proper dispatching. You ensure the proper number of calls are on the dispatch board and that technicians have an accurate number of opportunities to take on. You also perform outbound calling to clients, as needed. Through your efforts, our customers are kept happy and our business runs smoothly!

• 1+ years of experience with phones, email, or any other electronic communication systems
• Ability to work within a small team to achieve call booking results
• Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
• Must be willing to adapt to company processes and procedures
• Comfortable being held accountable for maintaining call counts and conversion rates
• Being comfortable with outbound calling is a must
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
