Customer Concierge (CSR)

Attention all fun and organized folks! We need a Customer Service Rep and Dispatcher to join our plumbing team.
Our Customer Concierge Team (CSRs) are the first line of defense against toilet emergencies and pipe catastrophes. Can you keep a straight face while answering calls from panicked customers? Perfect! We need your cool and collected demeanor.
Our People Trackers (Dispatchers), are the masterminds behind the plumbing operation. Can you juggle schedules, prioritize tasks, and keep our techs on track? Awesome! We need your organizational superpowers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
• Experience with multi-tasking and high volume calls (100+ calls on some days!)
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service, even on high-stress days.
• Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Service Titan software is a plus
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office word and excel
• Dependable, reliable transportation, outstanding written and verbal communication skills
