My Eyelab's Sales Managers support Brand Managers with the sales generation, operations, and human resource functions of the store to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with Company procedures. Sales Managers are responsible for supervising and executing corporate plans and actions, creating a positive team atmosphere, and increasing sales by utilizing My Eyelab “Sales Process”. Over 50% of the Sales Manager’s time is spent managing the operations of the store, training, and coaching associates, in addition to directing the work of the Sales, Doctor’s Office, and Lab staff.
Associate’s degree in business administration or related field
3 years of Managerial Experience
Experience in optical/clinical fields desired
Eligibility to work: Work Permit/Green Card/Citizenship
1+ years of retail sales experience within a specialty environment
Additional Language is a plus (Spanish)
Highly resourceful, flexible, and able to solve problems in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills with an understanding of retail business, demands and needs
Drive top-line sales and profit contribution by supporting the Brand Manager's strategies and business plans for goals achievement
Create a culture of high sales performance by outperforming strategic objectives and empowering teams to creatively achieve results
Build new alternatives to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
Foster strategic partnerships with team members and Brand Manager for alignment of business plans and goals
Lead people training and development strategies to ensure successful employee advancement and performance outcomes
Lead the administration of business and store policy, processes and procedures
Support the completion and compliance of recruiting and training new hires according to business needs
Ensure data and business reporting are leveraged for business decisions and performance improvement plans

We use the latest technology and computer automated machinery in our optical lab. Our lab technicians cut, polish, and grind lenses to customize every pair. The lenses are assembled and mounted into the frames the customer has chosen. The glasses then receive a quality assurance check before being delivered to the store, ready for customer pick-up.
