Immediate opening for our growing medically supervised, leading-edge, cosmetic practice. We are looking for a skilled, confident, highly motivated, forward-thinking, multi-tasking, energetic, and professional Aesthetic Medical Assistant to join our practice in Dallas Texas for day-to-day operations. Our small practice is looking for an Aesthetic Medical Assistant to embrace our vision, mission, and philosophy, and support us in providing exceptional care to our clients. In a warm, comfortable atmosphere, we provide patients with holistic, science-based, innovative, and state-of-the-art treatments to enhance, restore, and protect the appearance of skin without surgery. Our approach to integrative wellness draws from regenerative, holistic, and traditional medicine, while keeping a foundation grounded in science and years of clinical experience. At My Aesthetics Intelligence, we create a safe, professional environment to help clients not only achieve their outer beauty but also inner wellness and health. Responsibilities: • Get examination rooms ready for patients by ensuring the rooms are well-stocked and at a comfortable temperature and all equipment is sterilized • Welcome patients to the office, take telephone calls, schedule appointments, and answer questions about treatment or prescription refills to ensure an excellent patient experience • Speak with the patient about the reason for their visit and record their personal information and medical history to share with the healthcare staff • Take the patient’s vital signs including their pulse, body temperature, respiration rate, and blood pressure and record it in their chart • Clinical and Administrative Support: Assist in ensuring efficient client flow, support providers with patient intake, preparation for treatment, and follow-up care, while managing the cosmetic practice's daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping. • Continuous Education and Compliance: Participate in monthly trainings and meetings, maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical-grade skincare products and services, and ensure all medical records are kept in accordance with HIPAA regulations. • Policy and Procedure Management: Develop, document, and implement office policies and procedures, creating task lists to guarantee the completion of all necessary work and maintaining high standards of practice. • Patient and Provider Relations: Maintain a positive demeanor with patients and providers, effectively communicate scheduling and procedural details, and swiftly address any patient concerns with care and precision. • Marketing and Documentation Support: Contribute to the clinic's marketing efforts through social media engagement and document patient progress with before and after photography to showcase treatment results. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Has Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) or other certifying agency • Over 1 year of work experience as a medical assistant performing admin duties or similar role in a healthcare work environment • Must have completed an accredited medical assisting program and a supervised externship in a healthcare setting • Possesses basic computer skills to complete administrative tasks Compensation: $16 - $25 hourly
