Inside Sales Agent

If you answered yes to all three questions, then look no further. We are looking for a MOTIVATED Inside Sales Agent to determine prospective clients and expand sales in the region. The inside sales agent will work diligently to identify leads, educate prospects on calls, and follow-up with potential leads and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through a variety of methods, including cold-calling, networking, and online research
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring that all leads are tracked, updated, and followed up with in a timely manner in company CRM
• Nurture, build rapport, and qualify leads
• Schedule appointments with qualified leads for sale steam
• Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to convert leads into successful deals
• Accept and providing feedback from team members
• Document information gathered during all client communications and appointments

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Proficient technological and computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with leads
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly self-motivated
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation and management, preferably in the real estate industry
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships
