We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our property in Lakeland, FL. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience.
* HVAC 608 Certification a MUST!
* Must have 3 years experience in multifamily property maintenance and supervising a team
* Must be detail-oriented to ensure great curb appeal and resident satisfaction
* Will ensure team manages a clean and safe work area.
* Strong leadership and Organizational skills
* Ensure the community is operating smoothly and according to safety standards.
* Ensure all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner.
* Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
* Experience in preventive and general maintenance
