*COMPENSATION:* Mobile groomers earn more than they would at a traditional salon because our fees are higher. Pay is commission based. We will evaluate your experience to determine a fair percentage for your commission. You can earn $55,000 - $85,000 per year!
Groomers have opportunity to increase their earnings by grooming more dogs per day. Average tips are 20%
Work Environment:
You will be provided with one of our state of the art Ford Transit Mobile Grooming Vans. Rather than being in a room filled with barking dogs waiting in cages you get to work with one dog at a time in the quiet, self-contained, cage free van!
We provide gas, all maintenance, all shampoo/general grooming products, cleaning supplies and uniforms. You provide your own grooming tools.
*POSITION REQUIREMENTS:*
* MUST LOVE DOGS-
* Grooming experience is preferred but we will train. ( Mobile grooming experience is not necessary)
* Ability to humanely handle pets that may not enjoy being groomed
* Reliable with a great work ethic
* Clean driving license
* Available between 9am-6pm 4 days a week
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to maintain a clean work environment
* Some evening or weekend hours required.
*PLEASE NOTE: This is not a 9-5 job. Every day is different and some days may take longer than expected.
* Can make $1100 per week + tips
