Job Description

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you are a steward of our greatest strategic assets in Denver and Northern Colorado, Tucson, Arizona and Las Vegas Nevada: Our People. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, on-board and build team members according to company values
  • Use Top-grading methodology to build organizational capabilities
  • Manage, organize and maintain human resource contracts
  • Acts as the initial point of contact for basic HR-related questions from associates and managers; proactively manage employee relations matters
  • Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion, and employee benefits
  • Support and promote a positive work environment and culture, to improve employee engagement levels
  • Enter employee information into HRIS within established time frames
  • Coordinate HR programs such as new hire orientation, training sessions, or site specific meetings and events
  • Process new hire paperwork, terminations and other organizational changes; maintain accurate associate files
  • Prepare reports on various HR related metrics on a regular and ad hoc basis
  • Manage online recruiting sites contracts and applicants
  • Ensure business license and insurances have been submitted for permits and OSHA permit is renewed
  • Other HR and operations department projects, as needed



  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources related field
  • 3-5 years minimum experience working in a highly organized Human Resources department
  • Superior organization skills, working with both electronic and physical files
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is critical
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to help your team win
  • Experience working with C-suite leadership and managing executive communications
  • Strong ability to collaborate with others for success in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Energetic, self-starter and resourceful problem solver – gets things moving and keeps them on track
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Strong common sense way of working with people and growing teams

Equipment use & abilities required:


  • Equipment Use: Copy machines, calculators, personal computers
  • Computer Skills: Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and savvy in learning online
  • Language Skills: Ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written, at all levels internally and externally

Experience Needed:

  • Prior work in a home services based background a plus
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing culture
  • At least 3 years in a management role required
  • Knowledge of plumbing and or home services preferred

Travel Requirements:

  • Occasional travel to other markets or conferences as necessary

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to drive in field, under adverse weather conditions
  • Must be able to bend, sit, stand, squat for long periods of time
  • Must be able to handle the needs of the business on any given day/time either through delegation or via availability on call
