This position is located in Glyndon, MD

Seeking Customer-Focused, sales representatives to join our family! The perfect team member is responsible, highly motivated and ready to take on all sales and customer service responsibilities. Under the direction of call center management, provide sales/customer service via telephone, email, text to clients in need of moving services. Answer phones, emails, and texts in an effort to gather information professionally and efficiently. The Rep acts as the primary contact between our company partners(moving company owner) and customers with the ultimate goal of booking residential and commercial moves. The successful candidate will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Work Schedule Options: We Cover the Entire Lower 48 States

• East Coast Shift - Full Time – 9a - 5p

• Central/Mountain Shift - Full Time – 11a - 7p

• West Coast Shift - Full Time – 12p - 8p

• Late West Coast - Full Time – 4p - 12a

• Weekends Only - Saturday and Sunday - 9a - 6p

• Part Time - Flexible Schedule - Support our growth

• Remote Option for the Very Qualified

Tasks:

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction

• Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right product or service to solve the customer's relocation/project needs

• Develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers for repeat and referral opportunities

• Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features

Desired Skills and Attributes to be Successful:

• Previous experience with over the phone sales

• Previous experience in the moving industry preferred

• General understanding of the principles of sales

• Experience with customer service

• Proven record in achieving sales quotas

• Motivated to succeed in a high-energy, high-volume environment

• Must be well-spoken and able to communicate effectively and professionally

• Have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately while working independently

• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom)

• Previous Experience with CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and pipeline management

• Ability to manage a moderate/high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls daily

• Experience in telesales or customer service preferred

• Experience in the moving industry is highly desirable
