Our firm is looking for highly motivated individuals interested in growth to join our management team in the Brand Promotions Department.
The Brand Representative is focused on providing support for our clients in maintaining relationships with their customers by answering any general inquiries, addressing problems, and/or concerns. A typical day for a Brand Representative consists of working in our office and in our client's, environments working face to face with their customers.
This Brand Representative position is an entry-level opportunity.
This Brand Representative position includes career advancement opportunities into management.
Brand Representative positions beyond entry level are typically filled through internal promotions.
Promotions are based strictly on performance and measurable metrics which are transparent to each employee.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Interact daily with customers to inform them of products and services - comfortable in a client facing role
Perform a needs assessment for customers and then select the appropriate products and services - solution selling techniques
Maintain a positive representation of the company - using honesty and integrity with every customer
Create a positive, professional and fun atmosphere to enhance your sales team performance and customer satisfaction
Assist with any marketing and advertising deals with our clients - and aide to any new ideas that could help them hit the client's goals
Lead a group of other representatives in the company - be able to offer business development training to newer employees
Handle our customer and client needs in a professional and timely manner
Undergraduate degree in any field preferred but not required
Experience on a customer service team, including a strong working knowledge of service processes, policies, techniques and applicable regulations required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Polite, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic while dealing with complex problems
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
