Automotive Transmission Technical Support Coordinator

Moveras, LLC is a southern NH based remanufacturer of transmissions for the retail automotive after-market. Each Moveras transmission is produced in a World Class manufacturing facility.
Our entire process has been developed from scratch, utilizing LEAN manufacturing principles. Our transmissions are produced in a clean room environment. Every transmission is built to the same exacting standards by using a precisely documented and controlled process.

At this time we are seeking a level 1 and 2 technical support Representative to join our amazing, hard-working and very successful customer care team!

Responsibilities:

· Diagnose automotive transmission problems over the phone, and via email.

· Communicate with customers and vendors to assist the vehicle end user.

· Partner with technical support team to ensure each customer issue is resolved in a timely manner.

· Track and enter information into custom database to ensure accurate reporting and tracking.

Required Skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively and efficiently with all customers.

· Willing to get into the details, analyze, draw conclusions and most importantly ensure the customer is satisfied and that their problem is solved.

· Flexible and able to adapt to requirements in a fast paced setting.

· A team player – willing to lend an extra hand or ear when necessary!

· Strong word processing skills and typing ability.

Desired Skills:

· Bi-lingual

· Technical background relative to automotive – specifically transmissions. Knowledge of manufacturing process and procedure is highly desirable.

· ASE Certifications, especially in Automatic Transmissions.

· Experience in auto repair.

· Demonstrated experience diagnosing transmission problems, install issues, etc.

· Familiarity with MS Office , Alldata, Identifix, ATRA
