Job Description

Move For Hunger is seeking a part-time administrative assistant 30 hours per week to work out of our office/warehouse in Neptune, NJ. We are looking for an extremely organized and detail oriented individual. The core responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will be to assist with shipping and logistics, and occasional data entry assistance. This person will have to be able to lift 40lbs. This position will report directly to the COO.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manage shipping and fulfillment across all programs

Manage inventory and keep system updated

Assist with travel and conference shipment preparation

Occasionally assist with data entry through our CRM system Salesforce

Volunteer Management - Recruit new volunteers and manage existing volunteers


Requirements

Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly personality

Self-starter with the desire to grow and ability to work in a warehouse environment

Incredibly organized and detail oriented

Someone who has CRM experience or Salesforce experience is helpful

Must be able to lift 40 lbs
