Expected Daily & Weekly Tasks:
- Participate in daily training and goal planning sessions with the management team
- Develop strategies to encourage new or increased engagements
- Receive weekly feedback and coaching sessions from management
- Daily one-on-one interaction with customers
- Engage members of the public, raise awareness and welcome new team members
- Participate in local community campaigns in residential communities, commercial means or at live events
- Seek out new support and advertise our client’s mission.
Candidates who excel in this position have a background in: customer service, fundraising, sales, retail, brand ambassadors, marketing.
