POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss' Marketing Coordinator's primary role is to support marketing pursuit team members in their completion of project pursuit deliverables (e.g., proposals, presentations, qualifications) on projects valued up to, and in excess of, $250 million. In addition, the marketing coordinator will work on initiatives for the marketing department with a primary focus on pursuit-related deliverables such as assisting the data coordinator to ensure project and staff details are entered into the marketing database. The ideal candidate should have experience in, or exposure to, the AEC industry and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read, review, analyze, and interpret all requirements and objectives of solicitations (e.g., RFQs, RFPs, RFIs, ITBs)
- Coordinate with other departments on interdepartmental requirements
- Interview Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content and technical information
- Write concise, compelling narratives in response to proposal
- Create visually appealing proposals and presentations
- Translate technical, process, and other complex information into graphical representations (e.g., flow charts, diagrams)
- Edit and proof content, including content prepared by others
- Perform in-house production of solicitations and other deliverables
- Develop presentation collateral
- Provide support to other marketing team members and other departments for deliverables, including but not limited to research, preparing resumes/fact sheets, editing, proofing, and production
- Support the Data Coordinator in organizing, updating, and maintaining information on projects and staff
- Always be open to ways to improve efficiency and exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit
- Be an ambassador for the marketing department
- Perform all other job duties and responsibilities assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of training and work experience in the construction industry is considered
GENERAL PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task under strict deadlines
- Possess a strong work ethic and exercise a high-level of maturity with a positive attitude
- Possess superior organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent technical writing skills
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Competency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Ability to interact with a variety of corporate positions to extract, collaborate, and disseminate information
- Ability to develop a plan and see it through from concept to completion
- Demonstrate an exemplary work ethic and an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach
- Flexibility to embrace change in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to occasionally work evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
