We’re a locally-owned company and part of the broader Mosquito Joe franchising family, a nation-wide system of independent business owners.  We have a unique and fun culture – and we want you to join us! Job Description The Operations Manager oversees day-to-day operations of the business and any other duties assigned by the franchise business owner.  Training will be provided by the franchise business owner.  Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Find, hire, train and motivate technicians to create a reliable, trustworthy, customer service driven team
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone , email or in person to respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Meet or exceed customer retention goals through efficient management of technicians and day to day business execution.
• Develop, monitor and ensure completion of field technician routes on a daily basis, using most efficient routing with our proprietary software.
• Maintain inventory of all products needed to conduct business
• Maintain Fleet maintenance and equipment maintenance 
• Manage a team of technicians to ensure every service is done to 100% compliance with company standards
• Service customers in the field when necessary to complete all services within the required schedule
• Other duties as assigned by owner

Education and Experience

• High school diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED) or equivalent
• Competent computer skills including Google Mail and MS Office suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong administrative, organization skills
• Pest control experience preferred, not required
• Three years of a successful track record of managing others
