Job Description

Mosaic Technologies is a leading provider of enterprise, wholesale, business & residential solutions with 24/7 customer support.  We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Human Resource (HR) Generalist to join our growing team.


Roles & Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Vice President of Human Resources, the HR Generalist will assist with various human resources functions which may include conducting orientations, training and safety programs, benefits administration, recruitment, policy development and administration, and compliance.

 Assists in the coordination of employment functions such as internal postings and external advertising of job openings, scheduling interviews, and providing new employee onboarding.

  • Coordinates and ensures monthly performance review and safety training with the management team.
  • Assists with identification of training and development needs. Assists in developing, updating, and implementing job descriptions and training programs as approved by the Vice President of Human Resources.
  • Assists with the maintenance and updating of the employee handbook and ensures employee compliance with human resource policies and procedures.
  • Assists with benefits administration by processing required documentation, explaining benefit plans to employees, and assisting employees with benefit-related questions or problems.
  • Assists in maintaining employee personnel records in accordance with regulations.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned by the Vice President Human Resources.



  • Education & Experience: High school diploma and a degree in a related field, three years of experience in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  PHR or SHRM-CP designation is preferred.
  • Knowledge of BambooHR HRIS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in the workplace
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations in a professional manner.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

  • Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
