Mosaic Technologies is searching for a Director of Marketing & Product to fuel our next stage of growth. This role is based out of our main office in Cameron, WI.

Position Summary

The Director of Marketing & Product will own the strategic planning and execution of new product, features, and functionality launches for all Mosaic products and services as well as pricing, product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement. This Director will lead the Mosaic marketing team and identify opportunities for further development and growth.

Essential Functions (including but not limited to)

• Drive the go-to-market strategy and maintain an ongoing understanding of the performance of Mosaic's products to create plans to deliver results
• Act as the subject matter expert on the market and its buyers and use this knowledge to drive all other activities
• Produce and support the creation of externally facing marketing collateral designed to accelerate the adoption and activations of new solutions
• Work collaboratively across all organizations to develop valuable product insights from customer feedback and recommendations
• Partner with the VP of Marketing & Sales to develop targeted product messaging and create business and launch plans, including development, implementation, pricing and packaging, and sales and channel strategies
• Prepare and present marketing and sales analytics and reports to track key activities, evaluate successes, and identify how they contribute to the sales pipeline to ensure efforts are offering an adequate ROI

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, management, or related field
• 10 - 15 years of Marketing or related experience, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or in the telecommunications or related technology industries
• 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
• Experience with various marketing applications and content management systems
• Ability to create a team environment and sustain employee morale in a high-pace, innovative technology setting
