Customer Experience Specialist

Location:         Cameron, WI

Reports To:      Customer Experience Manager                                                                     

Employment:   Regular Full-Time

As the Customer Experience Specialist, you are responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for new and existing customers. This includes assisting customers with billing inquiries, adjustments, and all data entry for service-related needs. The Customer Experience Specialist promotes and sells company products and services to new and existing customers in person and over the phone. Critical for success are strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to act as a positive role model.



Some of your duties may include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries both in person and on the phone via a call queue
  • Performing collection functions on delinquent accounts and managing disconnects and reconnects of services
  • Creating trouble tickets/service orders and coordinate completion with appropriate departments
  • Performing administrative and cash handling duties
  • Processing daily cash receipts and checking entries for accuracy. Examples include balancing daily cash sheet, entering individual invoices and payments, checking account numbers for accuracy, and related tasks

You’ll also need to be able to:

  • Continuously communicate with customers and co-workers both verbally and written

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of office, sales, or customer service training
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to provide the best customer experience
