  • Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries, product and service questions, and customer complaints
  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Create and maintain quality relationships with our client base
  • Required daily high call volume rates


  • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction
  • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills
  • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
  • Proficient with PC and Google software
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Must be a quick learner with a coachable attitude
