Morrison Container Handling Solutions, the leading container handling expert in the packaging industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the administrative aspects for our growing Quoting and Applications team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES for Administrative Assistant:
● With direction from sales and engineering, prepare project quotes and distribute to customers; field or direct follow-up questions and facilitate communication between customers and sales managers
● Serve as liaison between sales – customer – engineering during quoting process, building customer partnership with internal teams
● Be energized to expand the role into new territory, evolving to handle all incoming customer communications and field and direct customer inquiries
● Quickly and accurately field and interpret incoming information from internal and external customers and organize and distribute in appropriate manner
● Perform administrative tasks to support Company’s Support Built-In philosophy: answer incoming phones, greet guests, maintain non-disclosure agreements and more as directed by Office Operations Manager
● Working with sales and marketing, collaborate to create and implement consistent, branded, and professional quoting and quoting communications formats embracing technological tools
● Eager to improve quoting process efficiencies through quality communication techniques and willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams
● Input and update customer information, quotes, follow-up, and other sales activities into computer systems
● Maintain and distribute calendar of customer visits internally to the company, with calendar invites to managers
● Coordinate customer visits to company; prepare documentation for visits, assist customers and sales team with on-site needs, perform follow-up as needed
QUALIFICATIONS for Administrative Assistant:
● Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related subject preferred
● Experience using ERP or similar database systems preferred
● Experience using Salesforce or similar sales software preferred
● Professional communication skills required
