Third Shift Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Morley, you'll help callers with their medical benefits and health insurance questions. You’ll be responsible for researching, processing and resolving customer questions about health insurance, benefits and quality-care issues.

Please note: Candidates must have availability to work a third shift schedule within the hours of 5:30 p.m. and 2 a.m. Monday through Friday as well as weekends.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications

You'll need:

  • Two years of customer service experience (No health care experience necessary!)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of computers

Nice to have:

  • Associates degree or some college
