As a Customer Service Representative at Morley, you'll help callers with their medical benefits and health insurance questions. You’ll be responsible for researching, processing and resolving customer questions about health insurance, benefits and quality-care issues. This position has a consistent 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. schedule with no weekend hours!

Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Two years of customer service experience (No health care experience necessary!)
- High school diploma or GED
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of computers
