Project Manager – Custom/Luxury Residential
Location: Naples/Ft. Myers, FL

Privately-owned and leader in “full-service” Southwest Florida Commercial & Luxury Residential development & construction, known for large, upscale, ground-up and renovation construction projects –is looking for an experienced Custom/Luxury Residential Project Manager to join their custom home division.

PM candidates should be very customer-service focused and will oversees activities including: estimates buyouts, construction project processes from beginning to end, problem resolution, maintains schedule, budget, and ensures quality standards are met for high-end clientele’s projects. Interviewing, hiring, training new hires.

Candidates should have at least 3 years’ custom/luxury homebuilding experience in a PM role, and must be computer/tech savvy in Microsoft Office & Quickbooks softwares.

Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 (including BONUS), Full benefits available from “Day1” of employment, (medical, dental, vision, life ins, and wellness, great onboarding process & training.
