Accion Performance, a Morales Group company, is looking for an Accounts Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN.

Summary of Accounts Coordinator:

The Accounts Coordinator is responsible for administrative work relating to the Accion division, including but not limited to: Production Report Data Entry and the Job Costing Spreadsheet (Team Lead and Temp Employee Hours) Data Entry

Responsibilities of Accounts Coordinator:

  • Reconciles timesheet information from the Team Leads with production reports. Enter daily production report details to weekly production report (Excel format) on a daily basis
  • Researches any variances between daily hours and daily production report details and resolves any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Maintains accurate record of Team Lead and Temp Employee daily/weekly hours worked in job costing spreadsheet (Excel format)
  • Verifies accuracy of employee time cards where applicable
  • Utilizes Tempworks for client and employee information
  • Prepares job costing spreadsheet for submission to payroll, including accuracy of: employee names, ID #’s, assignment numbers, pay rates, hours worked, and summary of client hours
  • Researches variances between hours reported and hours worked and resolves the differences in a timely manner
  • Maintains accurate records of Accion Team contact information and project manager accounts
  • Fulfills job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the company’s Code of Business Conduct, its policies and procedures, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards and codes of ethics
  • Maintains good communication and working relationships with all departments in the company
  • Maintains excellent working relationship with coworkers, clients, and employees
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements of Accounts Coordinator:

  • Ability to speak,read, and write in English at a level appropriate for the job and communicate effectively
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish and or other languages
  • Ability to be accurate, concise, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of Department of Labor Laws both Federal/State specific preferred
  • High School and Higher Education preferred
