Bookkeeper II w/ Quickbooks Exp
Bookkeeper Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry from statements into accounting system.
  • Maintains chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
  • Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
  • Review of Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet for property placement of activities.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Must have:

3 years of QuickBooks experience

1 years of QuickBooks online experience

3 years of MSOffice experience
