Our new Safety Solutions Client in Rowley MA is looking for an energetic candidate that would like to collaborate with a team of Sales Representatives and put their Customer Service skills to work. Our growing client is looking for a Sales Support Admin professional that is friendly yet professional and able to multitask and work in a fast-pace environment.
This is a great TEMP To PERM opportunity for someone looking to start their career in Client/ Customer Service and Sales support. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Be a liaison between clients and sales reps
Manage sales paperwork
Process POs including direct sales and distribution channel sales
Manage and maintain CRM
Handle Client inquiries
Assess new sales and liaise with appropriate Sales Lead
Daily and Monthly Sales reporting
Coordinate meetings with Sales Team to stay in contact with Clients
Ad-hoc requests as inquired by team/ management
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent
2+ years of experience in sales support or customer service
Knowledge on SUGAR CRM management is a plus
Ability to multitask
Excellent Excel Skills (VLOOKUP’s/Pivot tables)
