The role requires 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager and or 4+ as a GM and must have Stability in the Restaurant field with no more then 4 jobs in 10 years. The position requires being comfortable with being hands on and Overseeing Stores with strong Volume . This position is for Managers with Full service and Quick Service experience. We are looking for people that have the experience and ready to help the company grow to the next level. The General Manager should have experience with high quality of training and developing people and knows how to deliver great food and customer service.

Requirements

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years experience as an Restaurant General Manager . Candidates should have high energy and a natural comfort with being hands on. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and team building skills, solid knowledge of restaurant operations, employee staffing, HR responsibilities, ordering, inventory, and P&L competency.
