Ensure Moonlight Beverage products are successful in the mid west region. Manage sales, marketing, and operations key accounts in the mid west region including major market leaders in grocery, natural, sports & recreation retailers. Effectively convey the benefits of Moonlight Beverage through sales & marketing presentation and interactions with clients, events, and inner company culture. Absolute customer and consumer satisfaction is a goal for the Moonlight Beverage experience.
To plan and execute successful launches at major retailers including; Target, Byerly/Lunds, Festival Foods, Kowalskis, Whole Foods, HyVee and others.
Conduct and participate in sales account meetings in the Midwest Region. Make product deliveries, merchandise, and invoice orders to these accounts as necessary.
Manage staff of in-store demo employees, schedule demos with stores, and oversee all operations of this essential marketing effort.
Collaborate with team in marketing content creation for all marketing channels in cooperation with customer, consumers, and other business partners.
Analyze, monitor and make recommendations on the effectiveness of marketing efforts with consideration sales, related expenses, and future return on the effort.
Implement PR and Advertising campaigns in the key retailer geographies that resonate with the product application, company values, and consumer values.
Organize various logistics efforts as needed for releasing and delivering product to retail accounts.
Aid in the creation and management of budgets for various marketing and operations efforts that align with the sales volume forecasted and managed to.
Maintain and manage relationships between the company and business partners including key sales accounts and vendors.
Provides innovative ideas for business systems and work process improvements.
Some over night travel will be needed approximately 3-4 nights/month or as needed to satisfy customer needs.
