Our treatment setting is intimate with a high staff to client ratio, and an emphasis on individual therapy and highly individualized treatment.
We are accepting applications for a Full-time Assistant Clinical Director to join our multidisciplinary team at RainRock residential treatment facility. We are located along the beautiful McKenzie River off Highway 126.
The Assistant Clinical Director is responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in the 24-hour management of all clinical functions of the facility. Assists Clinical Director overseeing the entire admission process and /or clinical intake process. Also assists in providing effective leadership to the clinical staff, has knowledge of the organization, provides marketing support for the facility, and helps direct all activities with Monte Nido Affiliates in accordance with standards of State and Federal regulations.
One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferred.
Strong ability to oversee clinical programming and facility processes relating to patient admissions/intake, utilization review and insurance coordination of care.
Ability to work as a team member combined communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must be able to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
Previous experience involving continuous Quality Improvement and Joint Commission standards is preferred.
Ability to manage budgets through the utilization of key performance indicators is preferred.
Experience working in an eating disorder program is desired.
Knowledge of continuous Quality Improvement and Joint Commission standards is preferred.
Experience with employee selection and performance management is a plus.
A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Discipline.
Must be licensed or able to obtain licensure in Oregon in a behavioral health discipline.
