Your Role:

The Capital Markets Team Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Capital Markets team. The Administrative Assistant provides support in a one-on-one working relationship with the Capital Markets Business Partner while collaborating with the broader Finance team across multiple locations. This role will be responsible for creating a positive, organized, and focused framework that promotes teamwork and clear communication. The Team Coordinator must enjoy working with people, be highly detail oriented, caring and a hard worker – motivated to support the efficient workflow of a growing team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

You Will:

  • Manage all matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Organize complex individual and group calendars and schedules; manage meetings and events; resolve any scheduling issues.
  • Manage the Capital Markets team’s contacts.
  • Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls on behalf of the Capital Markets team.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal and external communications.
  • Represent the company and the team in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations. Prepare expense reports.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Ensure the Capital Markets team is properly prepared for all meetings, to include preliminary research, agenda coordination and presentation materials to ensure effective meetings.
  • Assist in preparing, managing, and archiving investor materials.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Function well in a fast-paced environment and perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned – such as managing participation at industry events and/or conferences.
  • Perform other duties as needed.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of related experience required in working in an administrative assistant role supporting remote teams, or
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the job duties and responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a law office or an investment firm will be given greater consideration.

You Are:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, and SharePoint).
  • Able to communicate effectively and professionally.
  • Business savvy and can decipher priorities and make sound judgment calls when needed.

Work Environment

The majority of the tasks involved with this position are performed in an open office environment.

Travel

A valid driver’s license and no major driving violations required for travel up to 25% travel may be required for visiting other Monolith sites and support executive travel.
