Dispatcher | Temp to Hire position $16/hr | On Site | 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts available | Paoli, PA

This Paoli client is looking to fill several Customer Service - Dispatchers
1st, 2nd & 3rd shift positions available to fit your schedule
Excellent full benefits once hired!

1st shift 6 AM - 2 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM
2nd shift 2 PM - 10 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM
3rd shift 10 PM - 6 AM or 11 PM - 7 AM

A day in the life of a Customer Service - Dispatcher

The Customer Service - Dispatcher will monitor, respond to and follow up with customers in an effective and professional manner.
Provides outstanding customer service to incoming customer requests and inquiries.
Processes basic data changes to customer accounts.

Requirements for the Customer Service - Dispatcher

High School diploma & one year customer service or related experience
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently as well as within a strong harmonious team.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Excellent computer and phone skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
This position is required to work weekend and holiday hours
