This Opportunity
The Team Relations department at MIMG is seeking a Team Relations Assistant to join our Franktown, CO team. Our department is responsible for employee engagement, experience, and retention through creating and curating the many perk and recognition programs that MIMG offers.
The Team Relations Assistant position is pivotal for keeping the department organized and ensuring that each and every team member receives a consistent experience that aligns with our culture. This position will support the department through the following:
- Coordinating and overseeing various team member initiatives, both home-office and company-wide, such as: reimbursement programs, home-office wellness events, department open houses, and other functions as needed.
- Managing the department calendar, advising the team of upcoming events and deadlines, and coordinating team engagement events.
- Owning and managing departmental administrative tasks such as: sending welcome gifts to new team members, maintaining inventory levels of in-house company swag items, and maintaining accurate tracking/reporting for current company programs.
- Creating and sending communications for the monthly team newsletter, special events, awards programs, and more.

Hourly Pay: $21.00 /hr - $26.00 /hr
What you bring to the table:
- 1+ year in customer service and/or office administration.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite (working knowledge of Excel is ideal).
- Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills - ability to comfortably work and talk with members of different teams and departments.
- Ability to work independently is a must.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities.
- Must have excellent writing skills and the ability to create content from scratch and accurately edit existing content.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings for special events, as necessary.
- Reliable transportation to run administrative errands in the local area.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience with Canva or a similar design software.
-Experience in project management.
