LMS Administration Assistant

Administrative QA:

  • Work closely with internal Business School teams to review our internally built courses to ensure their functionality within our Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Functional testing of courses purchased from external vendors to ensure their integration within our Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensure that all courses perform on Firm approved browsers and mobile devices.
  • Assist with testing of new HR and Learning applications.
  • Assist with data entry in preparation for testing.

Skills:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Professional, multi-tasker, organized and well-spoken with strong attention to detail.​
