Company Vehicle Operations Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Company Vehicle Operations Specialist for a contractposition with a global leading automotiveclient located in Reston, VA. This individual will learn the rules, regulations, and processes for the entire company car program. Additionally, inquiries regarding policies, registrations, paperwork, payments, vehicle options, colors, pricing, and availability of vehicles will need to be addressed via phone and email toemployees, affiliates, retirees, and their family members.
Pay/Salary Range: $21/hr| $43,680/yr

Job responsibilities include:

•Responsible for receiving all company vehicle paperwork for all lease, assign, and pool vehicles across the US. Individual will process and prep all paperwork and send via expedited postal service

• Responsible for maintaining logs of all packages shipped, so they can be referenced by entire team
• Responsible for preparing legal documents including Manufacturers Certificate of Origin and Power of Attorneys
• Manage and become subject matter expert on titling and plating process across the entire United States
• Individual will be responsible for becoming a notary in the state of Virginia and will be sponsored they dealership
• Manage relationship and deal with adhoc issues between the dealership andshipping provider
• Answer questions from dealers to ensure cars are properly registered and titled in each state according to that jurisdictions rules and regulations
• Work with Insurance broker to resolve any insurance related questions or issues
• Work with employees, affiliates, and retirees to ensure they properly put their cars into service via the online vehicle system - eTag
• Answer general inquiries via general phone line and email as needed
• Assist with license plate renewals and registrations as directed, including registration process in Virginia every 2 years
• Sort through mail received and forward any tickets/toll violations received to correct driver
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
