Pay Rate: W-2 Hourly based on experience
Responsible for providing high quality telephone customer service to customers. Resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, taking payments, reversing fee and finance charges as appropriate and per guidelines, researching customer problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact, and assessing customer needs for other products and services and cross-selling other bank products. There are strict attendance policies. Qualifications: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all Calls will be monitored and you will be coached based on those monitors. It is a professional environment. assigned products.
