Modern Services is one of the largest mechanical contractors in Southwest Florida. Since our start in 1965, we have brought our depth of resources to provide a single source for residential and commercial heating, cooling, air quality, plumbing, electrical and refrigeration needs. Our incredible growth has created an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. We seek motivated individuals for our roles that have an interest in both contributing to growing the company as well as their personal careers. This position is part time, Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You will spend your day working hard to maintain customer satisfaction while maximizing the service call schedule. Our customers and technicians can expect your friendly and capable demeanor to come through in your interactions, whether you're answering an incoming phone call, rescheduling appointments, informing a client of arrival times and/or delays, or dispatching a technician. You play a major part in helping us provide prompt and convenient service. In an effort to keep the schedule busy, you look days and weeks ahead to keep all technicians working and on track. At the end of the day, you're satisfied with your efforts to keep everyone satisfied, well-informed and productive! If you can do that, we can't wait to have you on our team!
