Family-Owned Real Estate development company is looking for a real estate accountant/bookkeeper with a focus on construction management accounting/property accounting. Property Management experience is a plus!
We are located in a home-office in Beverly Hills.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage project documents
Project Accounting for various properties under construction
Property Accounting for residential units that are being leased to tenants
Daily bookkeeping and financial statements
Preparing books for outside CPA to prepare tax returns
Review insurance certificates for compliance
Customer service- dealing with tenant issues
Preparing Residential Lease Documents (filling in forms)
The successful candidate will be highly motivated self-starter with superb attention to detail and strong communication and customer service skills.
**Prior experience in real estate construction accounting is required.
*** Candidate must have excellent English communication and writing skills and demonstrated working knowledge of computers and software including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
MUST HAVE A CAR AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, be willing to drive
Speaks TAGALOG is a plus
