As a Customer Service Rep - Service Dispatcher, you have the power to transform our customers' experience. Imagine this: you answer an incoming call from a customer who's experiencing a sweltering day without air conditioning. With your expert problem-solving skills and unwavering commitment, you guide them through troubleshooting steps, putting their mind at ease. In a flash, you schedule a service call, flawlessly coordinating our skilled technicians' schedules with the customer's availability. Using our cutting-edge technology, you update our advanced dispatch system, ensuring seamless coordination between our team and the customer. Throughout the day, you deftly handle emails, texts, and calls, while also reaching out to our cherished existing customers to check on their satisfaction and address any additional needs. You're the conductor of our service orchestra, ensuring every note is perfectly played. As the day winds down, you reflect on the positive impact you've made, knowing that your dedication has transformed lives.

 

THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

To be considered for the Customer Service Rep - Service Dispatcher role at Modern Heating & Air Conditioning, we require the following:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, with HVAC office experience being a plus
  • Proficiency in using modern technology and dispatching systems, such as ServiceTitan
  • Exceptional communication skills that exude enthusiasm and positivity
  • Strong organizational prowess and unwavering attention to detail
  • A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
  • Must complete the Wedge Video Interview to be considered

 

WORK SCHEDULE

At Modern Heating & Air Conditioning, we value work-life balance, which is why this position offers flexible part-time hours with the ability to also work full-time. You have the freedom to choose between two schedule options: 9 am to 5 pm or 7 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Our office is conveniently located in the heart of the community, providing easy access and a vibrant working environment.
