Moda Health is seeking a Customer Service Technical Support Representative to administer Moda Health web based customer service program which includes program application procedures, internet security assignments for external users, records maintenance and customer service. Shares administration of EOS. Answers voicemails and emails related to security issues and application use. Answers internal and external email directed to Medical and Dental Customer Service. Market to medical and dental office managers and providers throughout Oregon via printed materials and in person presentations if needed.

Required Skills
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. At least 12 months experience as a Moda CSR consistently exceeding level of performance or equivalent work experience.
3. Claim processing experience or prior customer service experience or other related experience such as medical/dental office experience.
4. Excellent reading, verbal, and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally, patiently, and courteously with customers over the phone and in person.
5. Good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
6. 10-key proficiency of 105 wpm net on a computer numeric keypad.
7. Type a minimum of 25 wpm net on computer keyboard.
8. Ability to work well under pressure in a complex and rapidly changing environment.
9. Maintain confidentiality and project a professional business presence and appearance.
10. Knowledge and understanding of ODS administrative policies affecting claims.
11. Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
12. Must have current drivers license and access to vehicle in order to drive to provider demonstrations if needed.
13. Demonstrated consistent ability to comply with company rules and policies.
14. Maintain attendance above company standards.
15. Demonstrated ability to handle difficult calls and benefit issues with little assistance and provide accurate and thorough information in a fast paced environment.
