FloorFound is a high-growth software company that has quickly become the leading recommerce platform in the oversized retail space by helping eCommerce retailers of items like furniture, fitness, and appliances turn their money-losing returns into resale opportunities. The Senior Marketing Manager will be comfortable with B2B demand generation playbooks and channel strategy development, as well as confident in planning and building the tools and content that will fuel it. You're a super collaborator, excellent writer, savvy with the martech stack, and love using data to make decisions, drive improvements and keep everyone aligned.
Develop and lead the execution of the demand generation strategy from budgeting, goal-setting, execution plan, performance reporting, and optimization.
Work closely with CMO to develop and drive plans to acquire net new logos through well-executed events, thoughtful content marketing, PR and smart digital pathways.
Own demand generation marketing metrics and effectively communicate to leadership and other teams.
Build an event strategy that incorporates both first (i.e. webinars, dinner) and third-party (i.e. tradeshows) events to drive both brand awareness and fuel the sales funnel.
Work closely with the client success and partnerships teams to identify opportunities to highlight and incorporate clients and partners to improve marketing results.
With the Sales team, obsess over the sales funnel and pinpoint opportunities to create and evolve sales messaging, tools and workflows to differentiate, prove value and convert more opportunities.
Develop and execute content marketing strategies that evolve the FloorFound story and support brand and demand generation campaigns.
Continuously recommend optimization opportunities – lead scoring tweaks, new channels or activities to test, content gaps, analytic improvements - that drive new opportunities and marketing ROI.
5+ years of proven experience working in fast-paced high-growth environment with a focus on demand/lead generation and communications. Startup SaaS experience preferred.
Self-starter that can work independently and collaboratively, can ruthlessly prioritize, and enjoys taking ownership of projects and challenges.
Experience managing a website, blog, and content calendar.
Expertise in establishing, reporting on, and optimizing against key business metrics for all initiatives and campaigns.
Quick learning, well-rounded customer-centric marketer with a strong handle on marketing automation tools and B2B ad platforms.
Comfortable working with sales and GTM leadership to communicate marketing updates, drive projects to desired results, and troubleshoot issues. You enthusiastically come up with solutions and recommendations!
Proven business results through testing and deploying effective marketing campaigns across different channels and using data to determine what's working and what's not.
Passionate about crafting compelling copy and content that's imperfect, yet effective.
Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
College graduate with B.A./B.S. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Management preferred.
