Mocsin Inc., is a premier marketing firm in Mesa specializing in In-Store Brand Promotion and Brand Management. We are looking for a growth-minded individual to join our Customer Service team within our Retail/Sales Division.
The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinates with all sales channels for retention efforts on the existing customer base
- Sales and customer service assistance for all current and potential customers
- Processes credit applications and activate services
- Maintains appropriate records, prepares required reports, and updates customer accounts
- May support and back up the sales and store operations
- Continually maintain a working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
- $12-$18/hr (doe) + bonuses
