You will mentor & lead up to six General Managers each in different locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily.

You will be the contact for all customer service matters. You will connect with GMs with a smile.The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. The DM will handle the day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.

Base compensation varies depending on experience ($70k - $80k DOE), and our bonus program pays up to $36,000/year, including long-term incentives.
