We are looking for an energetic team player that loves to work directly with our customers and transportation providers taking care of our customers transportation needs. This position works directly with our customers and carrier partners to provide complete managed transportation solutions.
Summary of essential job functions
Provide logistical daily management of shipments
Coordinate and communicate daily pickup and delivery schedules.
Daily communication and dispatching dedicated carriers.
Review daily tracing and tracking shipments using TMS system to identify trouble shipments, root cause analysis, and provide problem resolution.
Responsible for daily communication and reporting with account management
Starting wage dependent on experience, skillset, and aptitude.
Two plus years of experience in Freight Transportation Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation Customer Service.
Basic knowledge of current transportation rules and regulations
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent communication and data integrity skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable and proficient with Transportation Management Software.
Experience with basic Microsoft Office Products.
