Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM - with rotating weekends every 8 weeks
Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM - with rotating weekends every 8 weeks.
Monday - Thursday 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM
* Please note training takes 2-3 weeks and the hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM! *
Primary duties will be:
- Answering incoming calls
- Being empathetic to callers needs
- Transferring calls appropriately
- Scheduling service calls
- Ensuring customer satisfaction!
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills are a must
