It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what theyare doing!Job Description:Job Summary:Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional client service at one of our on-site support services centersThere may be several supervisors reporting to one Site ManagerMaintain a high level of client service and respond quickly and effectively to the clients needsEvaluate opportunities to improve the operations of support service; analyzing the current systems and working with the Site Manager to implement sound practices according to DTIs Standards of Operational ExcellenceDelegates responsibilities to all Service Specialists employed at the site, and evaluates their performance and productivityCoaches and motivates staff to perform to their fullest potentialMay be involved in tracking productivity and reporting volumes to the Site Manager for reporting purposesExpected to uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by DTIResponsibilities:Client Relations:Assist with monthly management report compilation and reviewAssist with and/or attend monthly meeting with ClientAssist with Client surveysAssist with Preparation, presentation, and review of Annual ReportsProvide excellent client service to all end users at the siteContinuously look for opportunities to increase the efficiency of our operationSeek opportunities to increase our capabilities and make recommendations to the Site ManagerDemonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the clientServes as a liaison between DTI, the clients administration and DTI site employeesInvolved in marketing DTIs support service offerings throughout the firmConducts site specific training with DTI service team membersSupervise productivity and evaluate service personnel assigned to the siteAssists with performance reviews of All DTI service personnelEnsures compliance with performance standards and make sure hours of operation are covered without incurring un-billable overtimeDelegates tasks to Service Specialists in order to meet production deadlinesWorks with service employees to meet their individual needs and career path objectivesMaintain all records and report pertaining to production and volumes at the siteMaintain a proper inventory of all office supplies required for the efficiency of all support servicesCollects information necessary to compile monthly management reportsMaintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all timesComply with DTI policy that any information seen during the copy process is strictly confidential and is never to leave the support center and never to be talked about to anyoneOther duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year professional level work experience in a production environment, preferably a photocopy or printing facility1 year of supervisory experience and/or management experienceWorking knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etcExperience in an FM vendor/client on-site support center preferableJob Requirements:Be personable, articulate, knowledgeable and professional in presenting oneself in a professional settingAbility to learn skills quicklyFlexibility in dealing with simultaneous projectsAttention to detailAbility to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacy in handling any complaint situationsAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterFine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 100lbsAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of timeManual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc)Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including b
