Medical Cannabis Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Books appointments by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features of Missouri’s Medical Marijuana Program; developing and qualifying patients; closing sales.
Medical Cannabis Sales Representative Job Duties:
Fielding calls from new patients inquiring for information or who are interested in booking an appointment
Tracking and following up with past patients who were either not ready to make an appointment, or cancelled an appointment
Providing continued support to past patients who call/email with questions or concerns, building further rapport to encourage referrals
Initiate the appointment booking process over the phone with each and every caller
Book appointments by building rapport with potential patients, explaining the uses of medical marijuana and the accompanying card, and overcoming any objections
Meeting potential patients at community activities
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products/services, appointment schedules, sales techniques, etc.
Work Hours and Benefits
This is a full-time position where you will be expected to work standard office hours from 9 AM - 5 PM. Occasionally there may be events outside of these hours, but you will be notified at least two weeks in advance (festivals, community events, networking events etc). This includes a paid 30 minute lunch break taken at your convenience. All bank holidays are paid time off. You will receive an hourly wage plus commission.
