Salary: $25.00-$26.00/Hr DOE

We will be hosting a Job Fair on June 2nd from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon at 362 Capp Street, San Francisco CA.

Over the course of 125 years, MNC has provided services essential to the improvement of the lives of San Francisco’s communities. Today, we have 14 campuses which are enhancing the lives of low-income seniors, youth, and families.

Currently we are seeking a temporary Voter Education Coordinator that is responsible for conducting intake and outreach to 150 participants in the community to promote voter education, awareness, and instructions on the voting process during voter season. This is a 40 hour/week, temporary hourly role from 5/23/2022 to 11/23/2022

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Create curriculums, design lessons and voter education plans to spread knowledge and education regarding
    the 2022 voting process for all community members, parents, and families
  • Collaborate with FRC’s to present, share, and curate appropriate ways to communicate information with
    families and community members
  • Utilize budget to maximize deliverables and goals of voter outreach project
  • Create and maintain confidential client files including registration, assessments, plans, attendance and more.
  • Monitor progress of deliverables on a monthly basis for accurate reporting to funders and stakeholders.
  • Enter program data into online reporting system and prepare monthly narrative program reports.
  • Actively engage in the Youth Services Department team meetings and all meetings as required.
  • Conduct outreach, visit other sites as needed to present and share information regarding voter
    education and outreach.
  • Supporting other Youth Service Programs as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Always represent the Company in a professional manner.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field 
  • Experience working experience working with clients from a low-income or impacted background
  • Customer Service experience is a must 
  • Experience in curriculum writing preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.



  • Current CA Driver’s License, current auto insurance and a clean driving record.
  • Fingerprinting Clearance (DOJ, FBI, Child Abuse Index)
  • Current CPR & First Aid Certificate (every 2 years thereafter)
  • Current Immunizations (TB) (every 2 years thereafter)
  • Full Covid-19 Vaccine Record
